I wrote a mrz player (mrz as in moroz... aka mp3 read as cyrillic) in VFP6 about 20 years ago... There was a windows player COM object that I could instantiate in a form. It worked pretty well while it worked, but then just like any other COM object written by M$ it lost some features in the next version, or wouldn't even instantiate or some such. I think the last usable version was 6.4 back in year 2000.
