>>Um no, no she didn't.
>
>Yes. She did.

No, she didn't.

>
>>She said that Parler was an alternative for Twitter for those who are of the far-right bent. In this case, the 'you are' is meant in the 'if one is' not specifically that YOU are. That you are reading it as 'she said I am' then that's on you.
>

And what on earth does all this 'censorship' blather have to do with her statement?

>Any time you have a platform that does not censor its users, you're going to have radicals pop up. That does not make the platform such a vehicle. It means only those groups are able to exercise their First Amendment rights to speak their mind about what they believe, however misguided it might be.
>
>Parler is an alternative to Twitter where the people at Twitter censor positions and opinions they disagree with. The same is true of Facebook, which is why sites like USA.life are popping up. They don't censor people. And while you get the radical group on such platforms, that's not the extent of the people there. It's not even a large percentage of the people there. It's a fringe area just like in our regular society.
>
>People like to take hold of some radical idea on either side and hold it up as some thing to be fought against. On an ideological front it's good to to fight against such ideologies. But from a First Amendment and "people have rights" perspective, you have to recognize that the lunatics will also have a voice.

>>From the more years that I care to remember that I've been on this board, Tamar has always gone out of her way to be civil and polite, even with people who didn't deserve it.
>>
>>So, unbunch yer panties, alight from yer high horse, breathe and quit bothering Michel with things simply because you choose to misread them.
>
>Are you the same member of this board who told me years ago when I was saying that abortion is wrong: "If you don't believe in abortion, don't have one?"
Probably was. Still stand by that statement. But I'm not Tamar and have never claimed to be anywhere as Zen as she is.

So again, re-joint yer nose, lower yer dudgeon, breathe through the pain and move on.

>
>>>She called me a racist and a Neo-Nazi, Tore.
>>>I've contacted Michel on this matter. We'll see what happens.
