First, I'll correct my typo. The second sentence should have been "It's not a place for people who believe in the promise of the United States to build a multi-cultural society."
Second, as others have said, "if you're" was clearly intended to be "if one is." It was not an accusation toward you. You didn't say you're on Parler.
As for what Parler is, it appears to be funded by the same Mercer family who have worked in so many ways to destroy American democracy. It gives a platform to the violent far-right gang, the Proud Boys; allows the unquestioned spread of the antisemitic QAnon conspiracy theory; and promotion of Holocaust denial and other extremist positions. It was founded because the mainstream social media sites started cracking down on these things that are damaging to democracy.
I'll stop there because we're not supposed to discuss politics here.
