I have removed McAfee for now and my settings were only to scan executables. I did not have any problems. However, my clients that had just about everything getting scanned were having problems. One other note is that you will get Invalid Seek offsets when trying to use a file that has been included in a project unless you are using it witho NOUPDATE.
