As Tore notes you can use Craig Boyd's vfpencryption.dll, but API hooking makes it trivially easy to scoop the password. Another option would be Chen's VFP Compiler that includes a sample C++ .h with AES256 that will be compiled into your app dll, including slight password munging in C++ so a hacker who hooks the password still can't decrypt without analyzing thousands of lines of C++.
