>>What an incredible race. I support all teams, no preference. But, among other things, the late comeback of the English team is a pleasure to follow as well:-) Looking forward into the following episodes!

Glad it was able to proceed despite that virus and it's all changed with the arrival of foiling. If they can overcome the fragility/instability, I suspect we'll look back in disbelief that boating still consisted of forcing a hull through water in 2020...

>>Great organization in NZ, thanks really!

Thanks, but much is owed to luck of isolation, geography and boating heritage, with approx 1 in 3 Auckland households having a boat. Fun fact: Auckland is on an "isthmus" between a shallower Western harbour (Manukau) and deep water Waitemata to the East, with less than 2 km separating them at one point. The racing is on Waitemata where unless that virus finds a way back in, there will be thousands of spectator boats for the finals.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
