I have both indoor and outdoor allergies, so mine are all year long.

If I get plenty of sleep, I can probably make it on one cup of dark roast a day....sometimes. But generally I need two.
I've kept my BP normal all this time (except when arguing with both Trump and Biden people), so I'll probably be a 2-cups a day for as long as I'm around.
