I'm sure you will get lots of feedback on this one...the project manager is very important. Not only will it allow you to create separate subdirectories for prgs, forms, reports, etc., but it is the only way to create an app and an exe. It will really make keeping track of all the elements of your system easy. As for the form designer and other wizards, there are lots of pros and cons. Some tasks are easier with and some without. Trial and error will be your teacher.
