>>>Seen from laws requiring ID including machine readable photo plus 2 finger prints R argument is hard to disprove.

>Hopefully our US brethren note that in Free World Germany you need a machine-readable photo ID and finger prints to vote.

When voting they don't have machine readers - those are at airports, also sometimes used by border guards still around under Schengen rules.

>>>So why not add picture and further ID data to voter registration process to eliminate or at least diminish doubt on next elections ? Having a separate database of voters without regular checks on survival or still living at that address smells bad - as already written, without further info on the additional checks and balances the US system seems to invite error more than habits over here.

Without blaming me for age, skin color and sex ?

>See if you can find law professor Turley's opinions- e.g. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/science/trumps-capitol-speech-does-not-meet-standards-of-criminal-incitement-turley/vi-BB1dG4MP . He is past the point of caring about the online billy club so perhaps more credible than others...

IIRC Turley argued that 2. impeachment was clearly within the Constitution even after term of office, but doubted feasability. McConnel "defends" his vote with Trump being out of office - IMO a non sequitur.

The free speech rules are somewhat mind-boggling. For me the plea to Putin to provide certain emails would not have been protected as "political speach" just because uttered before TV and audience microphones, but Mueller thought otherwise...
