I have no doubt that the Kennedys were womanizers. I've never heard any suggestion that any of it would without consent. If it was, then yeah, that's wrong.

Clinton, at minimum, abused his power, and may have done worse. He should have resigned.

The Gary Hart thing ("Monkey Business") now looks like it may have been a set-up (https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2018/11/was-gary-hart-set-up/570802/), but again, there was no issue of consent.

If you really can't understand the different between consensual and non-consensual relationships, the problem is yours.
