Nancy Pelosi is tough....I'll give her credit for that.

But there is a deep level of insincerity in her. Too many times she uses her Catholicism as a shield when answering questions. I think she uses her faith when it suits her, for political purposes. And given the # of times that the church and bishops have corrected her for trying to reconcile the church with her views on abortion, you'd think more people would acknowledge that. Many times when she's been asked a good and pressing question, she gives the "Don't mess with me" response. I have never found her to be anything but a phony.
