I suspect that you from time to time have more monitors or higher resolution, and that GoFish simply is outside the visible area. Try

_screen._gofish.Oresultsform.Left =100
_screen._gofish.Oresultsform.top =100

I assumed (what an a..) that it would pop within my _screen line the command window.
