>Apparently various education groups are advocating for dropping Shakespeare from school/university curriculums as his work “is full of misogyny, racism, homophobia, class discrimination, anti-Semitism”. I'm sure Chaucer and Dickens must be on the firing line. Homer and the Iliad also looking to be cancelled amongst many more. no doubt.

Communists, at least, counted on masses being educated on matters, so very few authors were censored. Most of hose that were, got censored purely for reasons of being still alive at the time, and on the wrong side.

This retroactive banning of most of the history is Fahrenheit 451 all over. The six politically correct authors they manage to collect will be mediocre at best, moronic in the median.
