ProjectExlplorer(PE) is not showing the proper status of files NOT in my git repository.
The dirty files show properly.

Any file in my project, which is not in GIT show as if it is in GIT and is "clean".

Additionally, I am not able to commit nor revert via PE.
My system will hang and them crash if i try to commit or revert.

Doug Hennig indicated that it was because "Porcelain" was not showing the proper status.
However my directory tree (Tortoise-git(TG)) shows properly. I assume TG uses Porcelain.
