I implemented email in an application for a client's vertical market application back in 2007 using Blat. It's now not working. In the runtime, it's producing error 2027, "Declare DLL caused an exception". In the IDE, it just spins and spins. Pretty sure it's on the call to the Blat Send function.

In fact, I grabbed the parameter string the application generated and tried from the Command Window and it's spinning and spinning.

I'm testing in Windows 10 v. 2004.
