Maybe I'm missing other requirements of yours, but my Git is 64-bit and I'm able to launch it from the VFP regular RUN command.

The same applies to any other executable, as long as VFP knows where to locate its file:

* launch a 32-bit notepad
RUN /N "notepad.exe"
* launch a 64-bit notepad 
RUN /N "sysnative/notepad.exe"

I might be missing something from what you need, though, but VFP is able to initiate 64-bit programs.
