>>>When the project manager compiles and exe, it seems to run through all the modules. Then it builds an app and then an exe. Why can it not only process the last file I changed, update the app / exe with that change? Anyone know exactly what it's doing to create the app and then the exe?

>Time stamps of files can make a difference too - I ran into this when working across time zones. For example. a .prg won't recompile if the timestamp of the .fxp is later than the .prg file....depending upon what checkboxes and such you select of course. I got stuck on this once for like 2 hours many years ago -- kept recompiling and running but my changes not there in EXE.....uggg lol.

No trouble with timezones, as the source control app (we used Vault) took care of that (still weird stuff would happen if files were just copied straight to a server in a different timezone). But when switching from daylight time saving to daylight time spending or the other way around, ouch, it would keep recompiling.
