Perhaps in a roundabout way: Hank Fay is a big believer in active DDs, wrote an integration of xCase into Promatrix. My guess is there is/was a way to import existing ProMatrix DDs. Dunno if you have access to a version of xCase...

If he does not answer here soon - he is more active in Lianja nowadays, supporting active DD over there - perhaps he has an import solution to his current stuff there
