David,

In looking at the source here at our office, the expr field in one of the frx's contains:

DRIVER=WINSPOOL
DEVICE=HP DeskJet 550C Printer
OUTPUT=LPT1:
ORIENTATION=0
PAPERSIZE=1
DEFAULTSOURCE=1
PRINTQUALITY=300
DUPLEX=1

The tag and tag2 fields also reference the HP550C because that's the printer the development was done on. I guess I'm not too familiar with what happens within the report format as users run a report on different printers.

At the client site, the problem doesn't occur in a single report. It happens on every report in the application. However, it only happens with the one new workstation I mentioned. All other users, printing to a variety of printers, are fine, including one who shares the HP6P with the new machine.

Thanks.
