Many years ago I do remember a food truck (serving up Mexican food) that was around the area -- heard the food was tasty, though one might wonder about the healthiness. On some of the usual locations it would stop at the sidewalk would be darkened (presumably from the dribbling grease). They used to also operate a taco stand in town. It was there that I'd seen for the first time a "D" placard ( http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/eh/misc/ehpost.htm ).
