I don't know. Here is the exact message from the System Engineer (I masked the organization name):
Yes that is a normal behavior to see.  That is a dns issue as connections coming from (IT name) to access the
 share of AppName does fall under organization.org but dns entries goes under organization.healthcare which 
still resolve to the AppName ip so the FQDN will then become servername.organization.healthcare.
Honestly, I don't understand 100% of what he says above. But maybe it will answer your question?
