I use GreenShot for the magnifying glass, as AFAIK windows default does not have it, but the default HotKeys from Windows are "Print Scrn" or "Ctrl+Print Scrn" for a desktop screen (even multiple monitors) shot, and "Alt+Print Scrn" for the active window.
(It saves the screen shot on the clipboard)
