What I am looking for is simply a dashboard list support such as the lists we see here on this platform. Basically, a pre-defined set of dashboards to offer to the users. I assume this is supported in Power BI without having all those graphical images. All the results Google shows are based on image graphs. I assume Power BI surely supports textual only list representations.
