To be clear, I was talking about making a batch type job to run in the task scheduler.
You can run it every day, every hour, every 5 minutes, whatever makes sense.

The beauty of the batch job is that it starts and finishes.
Memory leaks or C0005 type errors that happen after a long time running are avoided because the app starts fresh every time.
