I ran the code the Martina posted that gives the percentage of the fragmentation (I ran it on my SQL server only) and it shows some numbers that I didn't understand. Shows two records. One shows 80 in the column AVG_FRAGMENTATION_IN_PERCENT. The other record is 52. Combined with your input it means pretty high.
I will run it now on the customer SQL Server.
I have not ran the Reindex code that Martina posted simply because I don't understand it have a concern that I will do some damage to the customer data. I wish I understand what the first query says.
