Hi,

The Cursor Adapter gets the data from SQL Server by way of method CursorFill().
Does it make sense to call this method twice (if the first call fails), with the delay of 1 second? This way a glitch in SQL Server connection - maybe - is cleared and the second call is successful?

Does anyone do that?

TIA

UPDATE The reason I asked the question (above) is that the app sometimes gets this error:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionWrite (send()).
And my understanding that the above error cannot be corrected by recovering the SQL Server connection; it is not caused by the SQL server connection. Because right before the above error popped up, the application check the SQL Server connection and it was fine. This is why I am thinking that this is a different type of glitch and maybe needs to be addressed differently.
