The US Supreme Court has ruled on hacking narrowing the application of current laws by a 6-3 decision. What is interesting to me was the 6 that voted for more restriction of the law.

Stephen G. Breyer appointed by President Clinton
Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, appointed by President Obama
All usually considered very liberal.

and

Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett all appointed by President Trump
All usually considered originalist.
