Mike, there's a more fundamental problem here. I don't necessarily equate different naming conventions with "crappy coders".
Yes, some people are better than others at conventions (and Charlie Schreiner's famous "A cRose by any other cName" FoxTalk article really challenged to re-think some things).
But if you insist on this, I'm going to invoke a cultural reference: in the old Brady Bunch episodes, middle-child Jan went through the "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia" phase. I think I'm going to put a nickel in a jar every time you say, "Walter, Walter, Walter". You hit three of them in one paragraph. That's fifteen cents.....care to go for a quarter?
