I spent a good part of today debugging something some stupid crappy coder did. Inside of a click of a save button is this enormous drivel. Half of it is virtually identical - including a warning message. The users showed me this message. I found it and fixed it. Only to be told later that it is not working.

That some people even got a job in this industry is a joke.
