Of course, improper use of a tool is not, IMO, grounds for a lawsuit. But look at our legal system today. Nowadays, "the law" and "justice" are not the same thing. The courts are always filled with suits for loss or injuries clearly resulting from improper use or lack of training. And these suits win! Sadly, I think Y2K suits will be no different. The next two years are going to be very rough for our industry.
