There has only been one GOOD book on moving from VFP to .NET/C#, and that was the Kevin McNeish book (and I believe Cathi Gero had a big hand in tech editing the book)

That's really been the only good book. It pained me to say anything negative about Les Pinter because I admired him so much, but his book on VFP and .NET was not a good book. So there haven't been many good books on the topic.

There's a treasure chest of information on the UT for moving to .NET - posts in the early 2000's by Cathi Gero, then a ton of them by Bonnie Berent, Kevin McNeish, some by me, some by others - but it is a much deeper journey and requires a lot of time.

And to be honest - I've written just a tiny amount of .NET code in the last 10 years. And a few times recently I needed to get up to speed with some of the new things in Visual Studio and .NET - and let's just say I felt like an intern again.
