Glenn,

Take out the DEVICE= line of EXPR and replace Tag and Tag2 with ""

>In looking at the source here at our office, the expr field in one of the frx's contains:
>
>DRIVER=WINSPOOL
>DEVICE=HP DeskJet 550C Printer
>OUTPUT=LPT1:
>ORIENTATION=0
>PAPERSIZE=1
>DEFAULTSOURCE=1
>PRINTQUALITY=300
>DUPLEX=1
>
>The tag and tag2 fields also reference the HP550C because that's the printer the development was done on. I guess I'm not too familiar with what happens within the report format as users run a report on different printers.

>At the client site, the problem doesn't occur in a single report. It happens on every report in the application. However, it only happens with the one new workstation I mentioned. All other users, printing to a variety of printers, are fine, including one who shares the HP6P with the new machine.
