I still have people disbelieving that VFP and even its FP predecessor in the early 1990s had a grid that could cheerfully display entire tables far larger than utilized memory with excellent performance. The only way to achieve that is by breaking the table into pages, they explain to me, and let the user click from page to page. Under the circumstances I guess we can allow the grid a few peccadillos. ;-)
