That's easy... I've done that. The GF_Search_Settings.xml should go to the local folder.
Can't reproduce now, can't find where it was and what I changed, but amazingly that little was enough. Not project specific but folder specific, and that was good enough for me.

I missed that in the beginning, but then actually preferred to go without it. Old search results are clutter. However, in some cases I just copied its cursors into something I could use later - been writing some code analyzer, to do whatever black sourcery (not a typo, see with Pratchett) on the classes.
