A couple of general options:

1. Ad-hoc/remote support. This usually requires someone at the host side to initiate or join a meeting. GoToMeeting you already have, there are other such as LogMeIn Rescue

2. Remote access software. A component which is always listening is installed on the host. An authorized remote user can then access it at any time with no action required on the host. Examples are GoToMyPC and TeamViewer. TeamViewer for one has a trial period, that might be long enough to do what you need. Someone who is security-conscious can disable or uninstall it from the host afterwards

Over the last year or so many organizations have implemented VPN access to support remote working. If your new customer doesn't already have it they could consider implementing it. VPN + Remote Desktop Connection is the gold standard of quality for Windows remote access.
