I like Gotomeeting because every session has to be approved by you and the customer who can supervise if they choose. I've noticed that RTS portal apps often have credentials stored on the user machine, so if the machine is stolen you could find yourself in trouble- unlike an agreed Gotomeeting session using a meeting ID you provide each time. JMHO.
