I like GoToMeeting too (except the screen resolution is causing some issues). I would prefer that the customer had SecureLink (which a lot of others use). Given that they don't have SecureLink, I will suggest, instead of the TeamViewer (which would require for me to download, learn, etc.) they allow me to connect via GoToMeeting.
