Fox is simply too big. What may sound as a stupid question is something that's been resolved long ago and seems to be common knowledge. That "long ago" may be three weeks or fifteen years, it doesn't matter - you were busy with something else and didn't notice. But then whoever reads your question gets that sense of "oh there's another one with that same question again". And often it's easier to write the answer again than search the forum - I'm famous, to myself at least, for not remembering which words were used back then, so my searches find all the wrong things.
