Are you using the code verbatim? Or did you adapt it? And, if that is so, can you post the exact code that is raising errors?
By the way, can you share the reason why do you need the list of process of the current user?
Also, note that if VFP is not running "as administrator", then the GetOwner() call is redundant: all the process retrieved are the ones owned by the logged user.
