I do realize it is not a bug, but a legacy issue with VFP 9. When VFP 9 was last released, it had access to the tables in the VFP folder. Many of the Tools reside in the VFP folder, and get modified offend (FoxUser.dbf). Another example is the Intellisence table. Also, any of the application in the Tools folders.
But, thanks for pointing in the direction of the UAC. I forgot about it.
P.S. This is a stand-alone machine, not on a network.
