>The issue here is the permission in the VFP folder. As for the xSource.zip. It can not expanded because of permission issue. Moving it to safe folder is OK, but any attempt rebuild the projects can result in errors if they reference any of the FFC classes; that live under the VFP folder. This also causes a problem if the developer tries to use them in the own projects as is. Copying them to a local folder in the development folder ( IMO ) violates any reusability of class libraries. Besides, the permission issue on the VFP folder was introduced with Win10. I don't recall it being there in Win8.

Right-click the folder, Properties->Security. Find yourself as the user, and make sure that Full control is checked-
