Short answer for now - you can use PowerShell.

Having said that, the learning curve on PowerShell and PBI deployment automation is a bit scarce.

There is "some" overlap between how you'd implement PowerShell for SSRS deployments, parameter and security handling, versus Power BI- but still, it's quite a task. I ran into all sorts of weird "gotchas"
