I am a fan of Carlos ctl32 balloon tip.
I use it to show a balloon tip when a user mouses over a button.
After a short time, the balloon tip automatically closes.
I want it to stay visible until the user moves his mouse off the button.

Can it be done?
If not, can one make the visible time longer?
