I have a problem with File sharing on a network.

I have exclusive set off and all foxpro tables reside on a novell network. When my application runs twice on the network I get a 'record in use by another' when the 2nd app's screen is issuing a show gets command from the same window of the other application. I am using a
scatter/gather technique on get fields. There is no Rlocking or
Flocking going on either. I am confused at this point. Not sure what
commands place a lock on foxpro tables.
Any help would be appreciated?
