It's theoretically possible if it's not defined as a clustered index and PK.....but someone would have to do some real messing around with it.

I know JR loves remote views and obviously others use them as well. I've only ever used stored procs and SPT, and now that Microsoft allows someone to pass an ADO.NET datatable (or even a list) to a stored proc as a parameter, I don't think I can ever see myself every writing a remote view. But obviously every person out there has a library that is years or even decades older.
