I wish you could have been in the office where JB and I worked in 2003.
He worked there for about a year before I did, and every week he would send out a funny story to the entire team (about 30 people)
After I started working there, I began to reply to his emails with a, "I don't get it...." and would proceed to try to take a literal interpretation of his story
Most of the people caught on, but there was a Q/A tester who never caught on....and every week was puzzled why I was the only one who didn't get JB's initial joke.
I have to say this...it was the worst work environment I've ever been in. It was Office Space x100.
They screwed JB (who was a good and loyal worker), and I got fed up and left.
But in the time I was there, JB made it bearable. He and I were like a comedy team there.
