Missing from my POV is the # and "aerosol density" of virus encounters during the day.
Of course N95 is needed more when 50 known virus spreaders exhale themselves or with machine assistance and the whole shift of doctors and nurses is at least on same floor, often in same room.

Compairing that with open air press conferences and mask quality there is a bit off base IMO.
