Doug, thanks for confirming. Martina contacted me via email and before we could move further on a ticket, Chad had a suggestion for me that was a solution.
I had previously been using commands to draw prior to opening in preview, removing the draw from the setup was a solution for us.

Prior Reference:
loXFF = EVALUATE([xfrx("XFRX#DRAW")])

Now using instead:
loSession=EVALUATE([xfrx("XFRX#LISTENER")])

I have a working process now in the preview using xff in memory only.
