I think I used to know this :(
Sadly I cannot find a solution.

In the Preview window of Crystal Reports, one can click Export and then select an Export format (PDF, Excel, etc).
How can I remove some of the default export formats shown?
Also, can one change the names, for example MS Excel 97-2000 to Excel?
