Bill,
71 years ago today on 15 September 1950 American troops started the landing at Inchon, Korea. I'll bet that if you took a poll of South Koreans you would have almost 100% agreement by the Korean people that they are glad that guys from NJ and FL and 46 other states and the UK , France and Canada showed up when they needed help.
